Khachatryan elaborated on how RecSys transcends standard recommendation tools by interpreting player emotions in real-time and providing context-aware suggestions for operator actions.

This initiative produced production-ready agentic AI like RecSys, enabling operators to automate decision-making and provide highly individualized, Netflix-style player journeys.

Khachatryan underlined the importance of transparent and regulated AI: “AI is intended to quintuple team productivity rather than substitute for human workers… Without established constraints, short-term gains from AI could eventually damage a business.”
